Sunsynk is best known in the UK for its hybrid inverter range, and the L5.3 is the current 5.32kWh battery module built to pair with it. Unlike the indoor-only Pylontech US5000 or Fox ESS EP5, the L5.3 carries an IP65 enclosure rating, meaning it's designed to be wall-mounted outdoors as well as indoors — a genuine practical difference for homes without garage or utility-room space. Sunsynk L5.3 price and warranty in the UK
This site's own product catalogue lists the L5.3 at £1,660 ex VAT for a single 5.32kWh module — noticeably higher per kWh than the Pylontech US5000's £787.58, a premium you're paying specifically for the IP65 outdoor rating and native Sunsynk-ecosystem integration rather than for capacity alone. On warranty, Sunsynk's own published battery warranty document sets two separate terms: a 5-year product warranty covering manufacturing defects (repair or replacement), and a longer 10-year (120-month) performance guarantee that the battery retains at least 80% of its usable capacity when run in self-consumption mode. These are two different promises, not one 10-year repair warranty — a distinction worth understanding before comparing it against a battery that quotes a flat 10-year product warranty, like the Pylontech US5000 or GivEnergy AIO.
