What I noticed

GivEnergy's All in One (AIO) is the UK's most-installed integrated battery system. The 13.5kWh capacity matches the Tesla Powerwall 3 — but with a separate 5kW hybrid inverter packaged inside the same IP65 outdoor-rated cabinet, making install both faster and cheaper than competing solutions that need separate components.

The single-unit design eliminates several install pain points: no separate battery cabinet, no hybrid inverter on a different wall, no DC isolator runs between them. The 12-year warranty (extendable to 20 years via GivEnergy's installer scheme) is one of the longest in the UK market.

Who it suits

UK homeowners adding storage to an existing solar PV install (AC-coupled), or new solar installs where a single-unit AIO simplifies the planning. Heavy users with 4500+ kWh annual consumption who benefit from the 13.5kWh storage scale.

What I'd watch for

The 5kW inverter is the binding constraint — high-load homes with multiple appliances running simultaneously can saturate it. At 200kg+ install weight, requires proper outdoor footing or wall-mount. The GivEnergy app is functional rather than polished — better than most, less slick than Tesla.
