What I noticed
Soluna is a German-engineered brand offering LiFePO4 storage modules at a price point between value brands (Dyness) and premium UK options (GivEnergy). The 5kW EOS pack is their wall-mount residential cell, compatible with a range of 48V hybrid inverters.
The EOS series uses prismatic LiFePO4 cells with a 10-year warranty. European supply chain and CE-marked manufacturing matter for some homeowners' sustainability/ESG considerations vs purely Chinese-manufactured alternatives.
Who it suits
Homeowners who specifically want European-supplied storage for ESG reasons or supply chain stability. Also a sensible mid-tier pick for installs where Dyness feels too budget but GivEnergy/Sigenergy is overspec.
What I'd watch for
Lower UK installer familiarity than Pylontech or Dyness. Confirm compatibility with your chosen hybrid inverter before committing. The 'EOS' designation has been used across multiple Soluna product generations — verify you're getting the current revision.
